Important Information About Procedures for Opening a New Account

In accordance with Section 326 of the USA PATRIOT Act signed October 26, 2001, Lake-Osceola State Bank is required to obtain a copy of documents used in identifying our new account customers and in identifying signatory individuals added to an existing account.

What does this mean to you?

In some cases, identification will be requested for those individuals banking with Lake-Osceola State Bank (LOSB) prior to the effective date of the customer identification requirements. This may be because original documentation was not obtained with the opening of the account.

Identification requested may include name, address, social security number, and current, valid driver's license or photo identification. We may also ask for additional identification if we are unable to form a reasonable belief that LOSB knows the true identity of any new or existing customer.

In all cases protection of our customer's identity and confidentiality is Lake-Osceola State Bank's pledge to you, our valued customer.

LOSB offers three levels of vital protection and restoration.
