Payment Assistance
At LOSB we have developed two payment assistance programs that help ease the affects of the seasonality of our communities. During the late fall and winter months many people and individuals are left unemployed due to lay-offs. These same individuals are left to pay heating costs, holiday costs, and other expenses with a reduced income. With LOSB Payment Assistance programs we can help you save money on your LOSB loans so you have money available for other obligations.
Our goal is to see you succeed personally and financially, by offering payment assistance programs we hope to push you in that direction.
Payment Pass
The cost of heating your home during the winter months has skyrocketed over the past few years putting a serious strain on monthly debt obligations. LOSB understands and offers mortgage customers the option of paying interest and escrow for up to three consecutive months during peek home heating season (Jan., Feb., Mar). To take advantage of the LOSB Payment Pass you must be current on your mortgage.
Holiday Extension
LOSB offers qualifying consumer loan customers the option of skipping a monthly payment in November or December to help with unexpected holiday expenses. To skip a payment using the Holiday Extension you must be current on your consumer loan with a principal balance under $20,000.00 and a monthly payment under $350.00 (all consumer secured with real estate do not qualify).
