Melanie Moffitt and Susan Olds in New Offices

Melanie Moffitt and Susan Olds, formerly out of the Main Office in Baldwin, now work out of Big Rapids and Reed City respectively.  Each will be doing mortgage and consumer lending in their new locations.

Melanie has been with LOSB since 1991 and served as a lender out of the Baldwin Office.  She is the proud mother of two children and has been very active in the community.  She has served on the Lake County Victim Services Unit, as a member of the Lake County Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors, coached basketball and a financial literacy teacher at Baldwin Community Schools.  Melanie will continue her role as a lender out of the Downtown Big Rapids Office.

Susan Olds has been with Lake-Osceola State Bank since 2006.  She was playing a large role in the Lake-Osceola Mortgage Corporation (a subsidiary of LOSB and located in the main branch) as a loan processor until getting the opportunity to move to the Reed City Office to serve as a Mortgage and Consumer Lender.  Susan is the mother of two girls and her husband owns and operates a construction business.  Susan's involvement in the community includes Reed City Little League Board, the Parent Steering and Title 1 School Improvement Committees for G.T. Norman Elementary School, a new member of the Reed City Chamber of Commerce, and she will be teaching her first financial literacy at G.T. Norman Elementary at the end of May.

Feel Free to stop in and welcome both Melanie and Susan to their new offices.
