Business SBA Loans

LOSB actively pursues and uses the Small Business Administration (SBA) loans that are available.  Our experience with SBA loans allows you to get quality financing to fit your business needs.  Our ability to do SBA loans gives us the opportunity to provide you with additional financing options for your business.

The perception that the SBA is hard to deal with and turnaround times are difficult is unwarranted.  Over the last few years the SBA has restructured their delivery methods and have become much more user friendly and flexible.  Your lender can contact SBA with ease to answer any questions on your loan or request changes.
